He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tobias and Viola Tobias (Parker); his wife Sandra Jackson; and his sister Shirley Spitzmiller. He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Henry; his sisters, Beverly Roberts (James), Judy Burke and Debbie Potter (Shane); his sons, Bradley Scott Tobias of Wichita, KS, Randall Lee Tobias of Wichita, KS and David Allen Tobias of Bailey, CO; and his stepchildren, Joycalyn DePasquale, Andy Porter and Eric Porter. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations are made to First United Methodist Church Lampasas, 2 Alexander Dr., Lampasas, TX, 76550.
