He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Newbrough and Pauline Newbrough (Calhoun); his siblings, Jack Newbrough and Sharon Rainey; and his grandson Brad Newbrough.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Debra Ann; his wife Jo Ann of Lamesa; his children, Debra Newbrough of Lubbock and Jay Newbrough (Debbie) of Andrews; and his brother Dan Newbrough (Glenice) of Andrews. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
