He was predeceased by: his father Hershel L. Phillips; and his daughter Traci Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Jean Millikan Phillips; his children, Dennis Phillips, David Phillips and Debbie Gonzales; and his siblings, John Phillips, Bill Phillips, Katherine Barr (John) and Mary Dunmyer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild, and a host of other friends.
