She is survived by: her children, Vicki Smith (Andy), Mike Boaze (Melisa) and Steve Boaze (Alicia); and her sisters, Mary Jordan (Jerry) of Marshall and Kathy Wagnon (Tommy) of Marshall. She is also survived by four grandsons; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandsons; four step great-grandchildren.
