It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guadalupe Y. Paz (La Feria, Texas), who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Paz, Sr.; her parents, Amelia G. Yanez and Rogelio Yanez; and her brothers, Salvador Yanez and Rogelio Yanez, Jr..

She is survived by: her son Juan Y. Paz, Jr.; her brother Alonzo Yanez; and her friend Josefa "Pepper" Zamora.
