He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Villalpando; his sister Dominga Guerra; his children, David Ortiz (Yolanda), Steve Ortiz (Terry), Sylvia Ortiz and Rebeca Guerra (Jennifer); his grandchildren, John Anthony Ortiz (Marisa), Ashley Rivera (Alejandro), Heather Ortiz, Jessica Cain (Nesby), Veronica Maldonado (Chris), Christopher Ortiz (Vanessa), Angela Gonzales (Miguel), Makayla Ortiz, Mikel Ortiz and Jacob Ortiz; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria Ortiz, Christopher Ortiz Jr., Jayla Maldonado, Zoey Ortiz, Norah Rivera and Bibiana Maldonado. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
