He was predeceased by: his parents, Maida Bush and JC Butler; his brother Steve Bush; and his wife Nelda Midkiff Bush. He is survived by: his children, Martin Bush Jr. (Chrystina), James Bush (Audra), Mary Kuehn (Conrad) and Cassie Palermo (Cliff); his brother Ronald Bush; and his grandchildren, Martin Bush III, Brandon Bush, Janie Dykes, Ashley Bush, Justin Bush, Rebekah Guillote, Carrie Foote, Dakota Kuehn, Holly Davis, Josh Palermo, Anthony Gutierrez and Abigail Gutierrez. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
