It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Billings of Kingwood, Texas, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Billings and Trannie Billings; his former spouse Billie Ruth Sealy; and his wife Emma Ruth Azbil. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Tom Billings, Rich Billings, Angela Vanderslice and Lisa Long.
