It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Carol Allison of Kingwood, Texas, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Allison; her parents, James Brown and Annie Mae Brown; her sister Sheila Brown; and her granddaughter Lyla Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Starkey (Brian); her grandchildren, Dustin Carter, Skyler Starkey and Justin Gallo (Javen); her great grandchildren, Allison, Evelyn, Dawson Carter and Tucker Gallo; and her sister Lee Vondran (Sonya). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
