He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Burkholder and Dorothy Burkholder. He is survived by: his wife Selena; his son Ryan; his siblings, Linda Ackerman and Mike Burkholder (Tammy); and his parents-in-law, Joe, Jeanie Nozemack, Kenneth and Diane Lloyd. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
