He is survived by: his wife Juanita McKay; his sons, Hayden, Heath and Marc; his sister Lana Lauderdale; and his grandchildren, Hays, Maggie, Walker, Tiki, Dax, Jake, Gabby, Reagan, Hayden and Allie.
