It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Owen in Kerrville, Texas, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Owen and Maudie Belle Owen; his wife Leslye Keys; his brother Tom of New Mexico; his daughters, Dawn Owen Kantor (Michael) and Dana Owen Pill (Robert); and his nieces, Bobbie Delabarcena, Carmen Borden and Mary Osborn. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to local veteran's organizations, Freeman Fritts Vet Clinic & Shelter (Kerrville) or the Blind Dog Rescue Alliance.
