She is survived by: her friend Sandy Workman; her sister Janice LaMacchia of St. Louis, MO; her children, Jeffery Boyum of Grand Prairie, TX and Katrina Kothe of Waco, TX; her grandchildren, Sara and Samuel Kothe of Waco, TX; and her great grandchildren, Dante and Phoenix.
