He is survived by: his daughter Sara Pine of Arlington; his stepchildren, Norma White, Nancy Cummings and Gregory Hoppes of Arlington, Texas.; and his siblings, Judy Rogers, Mike Pine and Daivd Pine. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
