He was predeceased by: his wife Jane F. Thomas; his parents, Helen Thomas and William Thomas; and his daughter Tammy M. Thomas (Mike). He is survived by: his sister Karen Kendal; and his children, Tina M. Thomas, Terry M. Thomas (Marisol), Tarina M. Curtis (Charles) and Tamatha M. Thomas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
