Thomas Elroy Mendel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2021, at the age of 92, Thomas Elroy Mendel of Kempner, Texas, born in Lewistown, Montana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Elroy Mendel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Emmet Mendel and Florence Josephine Mendel; his wife Anita; and his brothers, John "Jack" Mendel and Bill Mendel.
He is survived by: his children, Ermanna Latham (James) and John Mendel (Laura); his grandchildren, Lorrie Miller (Gene), Sarah Mendel, Jennifer Mendel and Thomas Mendel; his great grandchildren, Kayla Johnson (Hunter) and Blake (Chelsey Miller); and his great great grandchildren, Russell, Lincoln and Parker.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, flower arrangements are not allowed at the cemetery at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in his name to the National Wildlife Federation, World Wildlife Fund or the University of Montana Alumni Association, Missoula, Montana.
