He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cathey; his children, Diane Ellis (Joey), Michael Cathey, Deborah Salazar (Marty) and Bradley Lane (Valerie); his brother Paul Cathey; his sister-in-law Lynn Cathey; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Heather, Corrina, Amber, Princton, Fylicia, Melody, Elena and Bradley Grant. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
