He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Hotz; and his brother Frank Hotz. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Crawford Hotz (Eugene); his wife Rita Hotz; his children, Kathryn Hotz, Josepeh Hotz, Jr. (Dakota) and Wesley Hotz; and his brother Michael Hotz.
