He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco G. Rios and Rosemarie Rios (Iglesias). He is survived by: his close friend German Shepard (Jax); his children, Franklin Anthony Guevara Rios, Alexander Keith Rios (McAdams), Anela Ashley Rios (McAdams) and Andrenikki Ann Rios (McAdams); his siblings, Sean Loucks, Christian Rios, Francine and Christina Nicole Rios; his grandson Franklin Anthony Guevara Rios, Jr.; his nephew Charles "CJ" Emmanuel Osiris; and his niece Claire Marie Loucks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and relatives.
