He is survived by: his spouse Lonnie Campbell; his children, Christine Berner (Kevin) of Union, Kadra Ramsey (Kenny) of Whitney, Pat Rusch (Tammie) of Keene, Patty Hicks (Charlie) of Cleburne and Elizabeth Klowas (Patrick) of Cleburne, Texas; and his sister Shirley Tauer (Richard) of Edmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
