He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Sara Neff (Martin); and his former wives, Patricia Neff and Della Neff. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Neff; his children, Glen (Nancy Neff), Marsha (Bob Pennington), Kimberly (Larry Sledge) and Oliver Odell (Melanie Neff); his stepchildren, Silvia, Johnny Posey, Sharon, David McClanahan and Selena Kitchens; and his grandchildren, Dewayne Schelsteder, Brandon Neff, Brittany Harrison, Cody Schelsteder, Kyle Neff, Ben Sledge, Katie Bowman, Mary Tabor, Karroll Mayfield, Harley Madison, MaKayla Neff and Taylor Neff. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
