He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Franklin and Elvie Annette Winters; and his grandson Casey Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jewell Frazier; his children, Royal Dean Winters, Jr. (Tassie) of Kaufman, TX and Annette Waggoner (Travis) of Lubbock, TX; his grandchildren, Andrea Woolverton (Aaron), Corey Waggoner (Katelyn), Justin Winters, Rebekah Large, Faith Winters and Ziva Winters; and his great grandchildren, Lexie and Lacie Woolverton.
