She was predeceased by: her parents, John A Juricek and Agnes Juricek; and her siblings, Johnnie Juricek, Alphonse Juricek, Raymond Juricek and Agnes Trilica.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Bryan (Jerry, Jr.); her grandchildren, Jerry Howard Bryan, III and Jayson Cameron Bryan; her sisters, Margie Hargrove (Horace) and Betty Sebik (Pat); and her sister-in-law Ann Juricek. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
