He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Theodore and Lola Lee Kincaid; and his siblings, Robert Lee Kincaid, Red Kincaid, Burrell Kincaid, Bud Kincaid, Jr., Bentley Kincaid, Lorene Kilgore, Mary Lee Johnson, Gina Grinstead and Lillie Mae Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kincaid; his daughters, Kathy McKinney (Andy) of Kaufman, Paula Smith (Kevin) of Scurry, Barbara Smith (Jeff) of Kaufman and Becky Kincaid of Kaufman; his grandchildren, Amy Meyers, Chance Smith and Clint Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Michael McKinney and Casey McKinney; and his great grandchildren, Makaylei Vasquez, Kash Smith, Grace Smith, Scarlette McKinney, Adele McKinney and Fiona McKinney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
