He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Quinlan and Maxine Quinlan; and his siblings, David Quinlan and Cynthia Quinlan. He is survived by: his wife Dana Rae Mangham Quinlan of Yukon, OK; his daughters, Holly Perez (Ruben) of Yukon, OK, Stephanie Quinlan of Yukon, OK, Patricia Fuentes (Mark) of Kaufman, TX and Montoya Livingston of Arlington, TX; his grandchildren, Tate Perez, Lydia Perez, Katelynn Lloyd, Zachary Lloyd, Natalie Perez, Zaiden McCain, Brody Quinlan and Rosalina Fuentes; and his brother Billy Quinlan.
