It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Matthews of Kaufman, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Matthews and Gladys Matthews (Welch). He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Bart (Jamie), Laura and Clint (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Rachel Jones, Emily and Hayden Matthews; and his sisters, Kathryn Butler and Nancy Matthews Johnston (Wes).
