She is survived by: her sister-in-law Peggy; her friend Meredith Oney Key; her siblings, Bobbie Hurst (Carl) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Jean West (Susan Docken), Richard West (Peggy) of Trinidad, Texas and Melanie Vanlandingham (Patricia Vanlandingham); her nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Raymond, Connie, Jeanette, Casey, Cindy, David, Dale, Carrie and Chad; her great-niece Blair; her daughters, Maci, Kalli and Raylei; her great-niece Brittany; and her son Kyler.
