It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Melvin Bodine of Kaufman, Texas, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bodine and Essie Bell Bodine; and his siblings, Joseph Bodine, Floyd Bodine, John Bodine and Vivian Bodine.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean; his children, Johnny Michael Bodine (Melody), Jerry Guy Bodine (Stephanie) and Deborah Jean Breedlove (Ben); and his sister Bonnie Joyce Lane. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
