He is survived by: his wife Renae Mayfield; his children, Omar Duran (Jill), Cody Manning, Amy Meyers, Andrea Davis and Suzie Stewart; his grandchildren, Kodi Manning, Kaci Hodges, Laramie Duke, Kassidi Manning, Tristen SanJuan (Lazaro), MaKaylei Vasquez, Brennon Davis and Dominick Davis; his great grandchildren, Hunter Manning, Wylder Hodges, Bryce Hosey, Mateo SanJuan and Catalina SanJuan; his siblings, Phillip Mayfield, Stewart Mayfield, Dale Mayfield (Stephanie) and Karen Lane Pike; his nieces and nephews, Lyndsey Puga (Robert), Ryan Mayfield, Justin Mayfield, Mason Mayfield, Karigan Mayfield, Ashley, Dustin Bledsoe, Craig, Tocia Enright, Clark and Megan Hardage; and his brothers, Chad (Pennie Hardage) and DJ Hardage. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
