He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia and Anthony; and his brother Guy. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Gregg (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Elijah, Joshua and Rebekah; his daughter Allison (Gus); his grandchildren, Austin, Gavin and Owen; and his children, Linda, Jesse, Jeanne, Bonnie and Jon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in his memory be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
