He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Anita May Jones Tobin; and his brothers, Michael Tobin, Anthony Tobin and Mark Tobin.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen June Herrick; his wife Kathleen June Tobin of Katy, Texas; his children, Dr. Dustyn Patrick Tobin of Katy, Texas, Molly Ann Meier (Rick Meier) of Topeka and Shana Lee Phillips of Katy, Texas; and his sister Kathie Kelly of Phoenix.
The family request no flowers with memorial contributions to the American Heart Association can be sent in care of the funeral home.
