He is survived by: his wife Joy Lynn Walker; his children, Ned Donald Walker Jr., Deborah Lynn Cyrlin, Janice Ann Ratliff and Cheryl Denise Plut; his grandchildren, Jade Cashman, Jauna Clifton, Jessica McKenney, Chelsea Brewster, Joy Rusthoven, Gary Cyrlin Jr and John Patrick Brewster; his great grandchildren, Rileigh Clifton, Angela Cyrlin, Jason Cyrlin Jr, Abigail Cashman, Ryder Bade, Georgia Cashman, James Cyrlin and Brooks Brewer; and his siblings, James Arlen Walker, Harvey Nelson Walker, Everett Lee Walker, Peggy Elaine Walker Liles and Sheila May Walker Chollett.
