He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Gus Friemel, Sr.; his brother-in-law Gus Friemel, Jr.; and his aunt Mallard (Dorothy). He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Friemel; his significant other Patricia Ulmer; his daughter Patricia Stoddart; his son-in-law Ryan Stoddart of Katy; his son John Steven Ulmer of Fulshear; his granddaughters, Lila Stoddart of Katy and Margot Stoddart of Katy; his mother-in-law Eleanora Coufal Friemel of La Grange; his sister-in-law Susan Friemel of Richmond; his nephew Chris Friemel (Tami) of Katy; and also, Abigail of Katy, Jessica of Katy and Brianna of Katy.
