We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2019, at the age of 71, Jack Wayne Stell (Katy, Texas), born in Paris, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Stell and Dorrell Catherine Stell (Steward). He is survived by: his children, Joel Stell of New York and Stacey Stell of Santa Barbara; his wife Maria Westry of Houston; his close friend Ronnie Nutt of Paris; and his pets, Rick and Rusty.

Donations in Jack's name can be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Paris, Texas, a place that was near and dear to his heart.
