She was predeceased by: her parents, Rae Henry and Birdie Henry (Reid); her husband William J. Orsak; and her son Corley Adam Orsak. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Kay Orsak of Katy, Angie Fergusion (James) of Hunstville, Michael Orsak (Shelly) of Katy, John Orsak (Rhonda) of Katy and William Orsak Jr. of Katy. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
