She was predeceased by: her husband August Edward "Mickey" Michulka; her daughter Gwen Kulhaek; and her brothers, Daniel Michalcik and Bobby Michalcik. She is survived by: her husband Ervin; and also, Phyllis Michulka Benton, Valerie Michulka, Michelle Zahn Koehler, Blaire Zahn, Matthew Zahn, Taylor Benton, Bart Benton, Leighton Koehler and Kelsi Koehler.
