She is survived by: her sons, John Sandbrook (Amber) of Ventura, CA and Richard Sandbrook (Brittney); her grandchildren, John Walker, Cali, Autumn of Katy, TX and David Sandbrook of Ventura, CA.; and her siblings, Pat Greene of Erie, PA, Jean Martin of Erie, PA, Rose Lafferty (Bob) of Erie, PA, Rita Omniewski of Erie, PA, Carol Hamm of Rockford, IL, Joe Omniewski (Nancy Trocha) of Las Vegas, NV, Bob Omniewski and James Omniewski (Patty) of Erie, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Debra's name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
