He was predeceased by: his parent Robbie J. Woodring Andrews of Ellijay, GA.. He is survived by: his father Donald H. Andrews; his stepmother Ann Andrews of Frisco, TX; his children, Evan H. Andrews and Shelby J. Andrews (Karen Anderson Andrews) of Katy, TX; his brothers, Philip Y. Tankersley of Kennesaw, GA and Brent L. Andrews of Great Falls, MT; and his stepsister Christina Romero.
