He is survived by: his wife Paula Ann Hogan Michalk; his children, Mark Michalk, Kenneth Michalk and Peggy Michalk (Kirk Mosher); his siblings, Gladys Eichler and Rudolph (Jeanne Michalk); his grandchildren, Reed Michalk, Rebekah Kelsey (Colby), Amanda Michalk and Sara Mosher; and his great grandchild Brooklynn Michalk.
