He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Ragland Horn and Forest E. Horn; his former wife Marian Hermans Horn; and his sister Norma Jean Beck. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Howard Horn; his children, Fred Horn of Northridge, CA, Ken Horn of Houston and Audrey; his son-in-law Mark Kimpler of Richmond, TX.; his grandchildren, Jordan Kimpler and Greg Kimpler; and his stepdaughters, Debs Payne and Kathryn Beller. He is also survived by five nieces, extended family, and friends.
