She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Robbins and Etheleen Robbins; her husband Kenneth B. Culpepper; her siblings, Etheleen West, Henry Robbins and Garland Robbins; her grandson Matthew Lewis; and her son-in-law Walter Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Bryan Culpepper II of Jourdanton, Shirley Jean Stevens (Doy Rouse) of Christine, Barbara Ann Lewis (Gene) of Jourdanton and Judy Lynn Harlos (Bucky); her siblings, George Robbins of Richmond, Ed Robbins (Yevonne) of Sealy, James Robbins (Bertha) of Alice, Elsie Riddell (George) of Hondo, Agnes Neal (Johnny) of Pearsall and Virginia Robbins of Marble Falls; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Bryan Culpepper III (Katie), Charles Douglas Culpepper (Katherine), Kelli Jaye Taylor (Justin), Kaylin Rae Culpepper, Shaylor Chapa, Millie Jo Stevens, Mollie Jean Stevens, Wesley Bryan Stevens, Carla Marie Waclawczyk (Jacob) and Clayton Bartlett Harlos.
