He is survived by: his wife Kippy Carmona (Rodriguez); his children, Cippy Juan Carmona and Inez Lyan Carmona; his mother Elvira Castellanos; his sisters, Ann Marie Carmona and April Carmona; his siblings-in-law, Smiley Rodriguez and Stephanie Pena; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Mendez, Adrian Mendez, Savannah Mendez, Darren Rodriguez, Smiley Rodriguez, Jr., Zoey Rodriguez and Miley Rodriguez.
