She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Maupin and Alma Pittman Maupin; her former husband Herman Jack Richter; her husband Edgar Erwin; her daughter Wanda Johnson; and her grandson Brian Barnes.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Richter (Sissy) of Jourdanton; her stepson E. C. Erwin (Marilynn) of Jourdanton; her sister Joy Beth Hill of Seguin; her grandchildren, Laura Baldwin (Gene) of Colorado, Rachel Berthold (Ryan) of Portland, Stephen Richter, Molly of Pleasanton, Jack Richter (Allison) of Jourdanton, Ed Erwin (Melissa) of El Campo, Jody Erwin of El Campo, Kevin Erwin of El Campo, Samantha Braden (Chris) of North Carolina, Katie Erwin of Jourdanton and Ryan Erwin of San Marcos; and her sisters-in-law, Lillian Mathis of Pleasanton and Mary Ann Richter of Pleasanton. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
