She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Lara and Margarita Lara; her sisters-in-law, Isabel Gonzalez, Petra Gallegos, Teresa Covarubio and Victoria Ortiz; her parent-in-law Jose Ortiz; her son-in-law Rudy Ybarra; her brothers-in-law, Isabel Cardona, Francisco Ortiz, Jose Ortiz, Julian Ortiz, Eusebio Guevara and Pablo Rodriguez; and also Antonia Ortiz.

She is survived by: her husband Antonio Ortiz, Sr. of Jourdanton; her children, Erlinda Ybarra of Jourdanton, Delia Muraira (Roger), Lytle Chapa, Celia Chapa of Jourdanton and Tony Ortiz, Jr.; her wife Helly of Christine; her siblings, Juana Lopez (Felipe) of Pearsall, Petra Cardona of Andrews, Refugio Lara (Raquel) of Charlotte and Gregorio Lara; her friend Elida of Charlotte; her siblings-in-law, Tomasa Olivarri of Jourdanton, Maria Rodriguez of Campbellton, Vicenta Guevara of Jourdanton, Catarina Guerrero of Coleman, Lupe Olivarri of Poteet, Sofia Casanova of Jourdanton, Minnie Ortiz of Hereford and Marcos Ortiz (Frances) of Jourdanton; her grandchildren, Theresa Ybarra (Nick), Christina Aguilar (Lalo), Ryder Muraira, Manuel Muraira, Samuel Muraira, Wyatt Chapa, Arianna Ortiz, Marco Ortiz, Daniella Ortiz and Adrian Delgado; and her friend Marta Duc Van Lazaro. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
