He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Joseph Hardin and Mary Vila Mace Hardin; his children, James Lawrence Hardin and Teresa Hardin Mullins; his former wife Jo; and his siblings, Bud Hardin, Wanda Hardin Rouse and Betty Hardin McClure.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hardin; his wife Wanda Zollinger Hardin; his brother Darrell Hardin; and his grandchildren, John Wesley Hardin, James William Hardin, Matthew James Bohon, Mark Richard Bohon, Christopher Michael Bohon and Emily Teresa Gale. He is also survived by many great-Grandchildren and many great great-Grandchildren.
