He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Wells and Mary Lee Wells; his siblings, Flora and Hubert; and his daughter Diane.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Wells; his granddaughter Amber Walter (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Sabrina Dibala-Walter and Kristen Walter; and his siblings, Robert Wells (Linda) and Naomi White.
The family requests in lieu of flowers to make a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
