She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Emmert; her parents, Monta Claborn Smith and Darrell Jerome Head; her sister Billie Ruth Clegg; her daughters, Jill Elise Emmert and Mary Dale Koen; and her brothers, Dennis Head and Paul Head.
She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Emmert (Jack); her half-brother Terry Head; and her children, Karen Miller (Ed), Mark Emmert (Diana) and Joan Cochell. She is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
