She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Payne and Minnie Belle Payne (Johnson); her son Jack Wylie (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Judd Wylie, Daniel Wylie and Amber Wylie; her niece Carolyn Smith; her nephews, Billy Price (Sharon) and Dale Payne (Janis); and her cousin James Johnson (Charlotte). She was also cherished by other extended family and loving friends.
