He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester C. Johnson and Aurrellia Katherine Jones Johnson; his wife Carol Joyce Evans; his stepdaughter Shanna Evans; his children, Jeffery Johnson and Ashley Johnson; his grandchildren, Catie Evans, Jr., Conley, Karma Johnson, Lonna Johnson, Brayden Spencer and Bradley Spencer; and his sisters, Doris Bernier, Diann Cummings, Darlene Thom and Denise Mosley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
