It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Christopher Morris (Joshua, Texas), born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Shane Anthony Morris; and his grandparents, Patricia Hammel, Jimmy C. Morris, Leo Hammel and Bud Runge.

He is survived by: his parents, John Morris and Sally Morris (Hammel); his daughters, Haylen and Hope Morris; his siblings, Dustin Morris (Erin), Johnisha McRay (Brandon), Jessica Shannon (Cody) and Kayli Morris (Kristina); and his grandmother Connie Morris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
